Maxscape Content Databases

Maxscape uses a rational database to store application content and code. Though any rational database, that has a Perl DBD interface can be configured, you might want to use the pre-installed Mysql or Mariadb databases for easy usage. To use other databases you'll need to adapt the configuration.

The Maxscape library API hides the actual configured database, so that it is transparent to the application code.
