Webserver Platform Build

The Webserver Platform is build from the sources and comprises at least the following components, part systems and tools for Maxscape and Maxdaemon:

• Perl Interpreter
• Perl CPAN Modules
• Apache and Maxdaemon HTTP Servers
• Openssl Encryption
• Mysql, Mariadb or other Databases
• GD Library

The webserver platform is build from the tools and part system's sources to have an OS independant, relyable and integrated base system for the requirements of the Maxdaemon and Maxscape servers. To ease the build, the Red Hat Package Manager (RPM) is used and each part system and module has its own RPM spec file. The build is part of Maxdaemon.
