Content Tracking

Maxscape sources are tracked with CVS (Concurrent Versions System) because of Maxscape's age. Maxdaemon sources are managed with Git.

sp - Tells which Project is set (set project)

The 'sp' script sets a project environment.

wp - Tells which Project is set (which project)

The 'wp' script shows the current project.

af - Adds a File or Folder to the Repository

The 'af' script adds a file or folder to the repository.

lf - List Files in the Repository

The 'lf' script lists files of the repository.

gp - Finds a Search String in the Maxscape Sources

The 'gp' script finds all occurrences of a search string in the Maxscape sources and tells where it was found. This is extremely helpful because, when developing a program system, you need to have full control of your sources. With 'gp' you can find and change a string in all of the source files, mostly within seconds.
